i loved staying here as the beach club is right on medano beach, making it super easy to spend my days soaking up the sun, and delicious restaurants like edith's and baja brewing company are just a short walk away, perfect for refueling after city strolls and exploring the area.

The staff were exceptionally supportive during a difficult time, assisting us with hospital communication.

The front desk service was extremely lacking, making it frustrating to coordinate transportation and reservations.

The highlight of our stay was surely the breathtaking ocean views from our room's large wrap-around balcony. We loved the friendly service at the Corazon Beach Club bar, especially from Edgard.

Great heated pool, but the luggage storage was disorganized during check-in.

The beach club had a fantastic laid-back vibe where my family enjoyed soaking up the sun and refreshing drinks. Our Infinity Two Queen Ocean View room was spacious for the kids and had stunning views, making our family gatherings memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly food options would be awesome.

The breathtaking ocean views from the Infinity King Ocean View Hot Tub room were a major highlight, and the beach area offered a wonderful atmosphere for unwinding. Enjoyed the delicious grits served at the on-site brewery restaurant, which added to our overall dining experience. However, service at the front desk was frustrating, with communication issues complicating our dining reservations. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom and slow luggage delivery upon arrival detracted from our stay.

The beach area was beautiful and it was great to have access to a brewery restaurant on-site. Staff was attentive, especially Francisco with water aerobics, and the overall vibe was relaxed.

The hot tub was a major highlight too, providing a lovely way to unwind after a day out. Just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Cabo San Lucas with extraordinarily good value for money. The air conditioning in the master bedroom just worked in the nick of time during our stay, providing much-needed relief from the heat. Consider bringing some snacks since the kitchen could use a few more essentials to make it feel homier.

I found the beds to be very hard, which didn't suit my comfort preferences. Service lacked in some areas, particularly at the front desk and concierge. I faced difficulties arranging transportation and making dinner reservations prior to arrival. Arrival was met with confusion about our room amenities, particularly when it came to the refrigerator. Poolside service was inconsistent, and at times, it felt like I was waiting too long for drink orders and towels. The beach area was fairly crowded, especially during peak times. Despite these issues, the hotel maintained a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay, making it feel somewhat like a home away from home.
